CHARIS SOLOMOU

Charis Solomou is an Architect Engineer and the Co-Founder of DARCH STUDIO Architects LLC.

He is also a PhD Candidate and Lecturer at Frederick University Department of Architecture in the field of computational design, digital fabrication and Parametric design focused on architectural Design Process.

After the completion of his studies, he has worked in various architectural firms in Cyprus where he participated in a number of national and international architectural competitions with a considerable degree of success in winning numerous prizes and distinctions.

He has also been involved in a number of Design + Make projects and workshops as an instructor and tutor with local and international architectural academic schools dealing with innovative design methods and material solutions.

He is also dealing with architectural photography and iconic themes where his personal work has been exhibited in Zambelas Museum titled “Unseen Views” while his work has been published in many architectural magazines and websites nationally and internationally.

He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK) and the Co-President of the Management Board of Cyprus Architects Association (CAA).
